About us

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) operates services in more than 100 locations across Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.

Our Trust headquarters, Woodfield House, is based on the Tickhill Road Hospital site in Balby, Doncaster.

We employ over 3,700 staff and have more than 200 committed volunteers.

The Trust has diversified from mental health and learning disability services to include community services, such as district nursing, school nurses and health visitors, and around 155,000 people now access our services each year.

Our services

We provide the following services:

  • Adult Community Learning Disability Services in Doncaster, Rotherham and North Lincolnshire from a number of locations. Services include assessment and treatment in inpatient and community settings, supporting people in the community and helping people with complex needs, as well as providing leisure, recreational and educational activities. The Trust also provides low-secure accommodation in Doncaster for men with learning disabilities
  • A comprehensive Drug and Alcohol Service operates across the Trust’s geographical area, in partnership with voluntary sector agencies. This provides drug treatment and relapse prevention for adults including needle exchange, detox and advice services
  • Doncaster Community Integrated Services (DCIS) – adullts, children, young people and families healthcare services are provided across Doncaster, including community and inpatient, district nursing and specialist community nursing services, rehabilitation services, hospice services, children and family nursing services and sexual health.
